一、招聘职位
(一)中国航发商发设计研发中心副主任兼首席技术官(CTO)1名。
(二)中国航发上海商用航空发动机制造有限责任公司副总经理兼首席技术官(CTO)1名。
主要职责:
1.负责洞察商发公司战略与客户需求、捕捉商业机会、规划所在业务中心(子公司)的技术发展,带领团队实现组织发展的技术目标。
2.负责按照商发公司战略和整体规划布局,推动建设所在业务中心(子公司)的技术体系、能力与平台,推动技术平台团队与应用研发团队之间的衔接联动。
3.负责按照商发公司战略和整体规划布局,管理所在业务中心(子公司)研发过程,推动端到端改进业务流程,推动业务增长。
4.负责按照商发公司战略和整体规划布局,协助推动所在业务中心(子公司)的组织与人才建设,协助负责人才梯队建设规划与梯队建设,协助创建创新激励机制,激发人员创新发展。

AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd was founded on January, 2009, jointly by AVIC Group, Shanghai Tobacco Group, Shanghai Electric Group and Shanghai Guosheng. The center of Design, Research & Development is responsible for the design, R&D of aero engines.
